Z : Emang Mas Hafizh kenal si Ed? katanya mau ketemu pengurus cabang, aku suruh hubungin ahmad aja.
MH : Iya, ga tau tuh kemaren minta ketemu, tapi katanya maunya sama immawati
Z : Pantesan kemaren agak maksa gitu minta aku ikut ketemu, akunya lagi beres2, males juga lah akunya
MH : Aku lupa kalo Izzah udah ga di Cabang, tadinya aku pikir, paling entar juga dijutekin ama Izzah haha
Z : -________-
MH : Terus akhirnya aku kasih nomernya Sani
Z : Ih, Sani juga sama kali sama aku kalo ngadepin cowok-cowok menye2 kayak gitu
MH : Ya emang, biar tau rasa dia. Belom tau gimana juteknya immawati-immawati Bogor sih dia..

Tentang RSBI: Catatan Seorang Alumni

*OOT: dikasih judul Catatan Seorang Alumni biar berasa kyk film Gie: Catatan Seorang Demonstran XD
It might be sad, but true.

Generation to Generation

Do you ever feel like being old suddenly? I do...
As I told you before, I have been doing part job as tutor for some students, which I enjoy so much. And I have this female student Raras, which is so called Dera. Talkactive, smart, cute and whatever. Having time to tutor her is always fun.
And the moment I felt I'm old suddenly was also in her tutorial time. We had finished the lesson and browsed internet together. Well basically we just watched some videos on Youtube. Dera insisted to watch One Direction. Anybody doesn't know One Direction? Owh, you got to feel older than me if so, kekeke. I'm not the fan, either I don't know much fact about them. Yeah, I know that they are a British boy band who are being a hit especially for teenagers. I had listened to some of their songs, quite nice and easy listening, yet I was not persuaded to kepo-ing them :D. I have just known that one of them, Zayn Malik is a moslem from Dera. *she's right beside me when I was writing this :D
I think they are basically the next generation of Blue, N'Sync or Westlife (well, Westlife is Irish by the way) may be. See, got why I felt old already? Oh yeah, I grew with the music of theirs. And now, how could I find their music beside youtube? And they had been disbanded already. Telling Dera I like Blue and Westlife when it comes to boy band, and she's like "who on earth are they?"
I was like, come on, it's still ok if she didn't know Blue, since they had been disbanded longer time before. But Westlife, this is Westlife, who even collaborated with Sherina with their most remarkable song, I Have A Dream. How could she didn't know that song? Ok, in this point I seemed enraged already kekeke.
Then I tried to recall about the collaboration single, I have A Dream. And how tiny Sherina was there *ok, I'm a bit overkilling :D*. And looking how mature Sherina is right now, and the fact that I enjoy their music about 10 years ago, I know this: The trend had changed, dear... So I was like, O my goodness, you're indeed getting old, Za. :|
It might be weird to say that words when I am still twenty two years old. But it might reasonable, the syndrome most of girls, or may be boys too, suffer in this range of age: The syndrome of the transition from a teenage to mature.
It's a bit surprising that I got this reaction when it comes to music taste, since to be very honest I got such an oldies taste, kekeke. My friends would complain all the time asking what songs in my playlist were. And I would innocently answer It was Nat King Cole, Stevie Wonder, The Pretenders, etc. I know I have weird taste. So what? Kekeke. Their songs were just like all-the-time songs right?
To wrap it up I have to say that it's too bad that Blue, Westlife, Backstreet Boys and their generation's boybands had been almost all disbanded. But hey, look at this men... Seriously they're just amazing. Nothing more to say lah. For these life time achievement, and remind in their formation, they're totally great! They're the Boyz II Men :)
Catch you later,

Taman Bunga Nusantara Cipanas
by

This one can be your alternative trip destination, especially for those of you who lives in Jabodetabek. Taman Bunga Nusantara is in frontier of Bogor and Cianjur town. I went there last year--yeaaah, what a super duper late report! Well, let it be.
The trip had been planned from last two years, and Akang and I finally found best time to go there. It was in early January last year, after my long trip to USA. We went there with Akang's moped--as always, and feeling drained out in the end of the just like always as well.
So nothing much to say lah, just check on the photos. It was a very bright day back then, a good lighting for outdoor photo-ing. The bad side was I remember how shiny and sweaty day it was. It's Puncak, so compared to Bogor, it's still much cooler. However I do recommend you to apply sun screen stuff as best as you can do. Since it's an outdoor park, and you'll have to walk walk and walk, until you find your self couldn't even make a single more step *kidding*. Seriously YOU DON'T WANT TO GET THAT SINFUL SUNBURN, just like what I got, since I didn't bring my sunscreen along in order to re-applying :(

What's Been Rolling Up This While...

Alooooohaaaaa, *grin*
It's been like forever *again and again* I left this blog on hiatus mode, kekeke. I've been in a state of too hard to find good timing to post anything here, despite of some remarkable moments happened this while. And I am not really sure about the term I use for the title. It's like some words just came up to my mind, well, just let it says as I want to sum up how I've been this while :)
This November and December had been fulfilled with routine thingies, like school, tutoring and my affiliation in Muhammadiyah Student Association. In 22nd of Dec we held a big event as my generation last program. It was great to have them as a part of my campus life. Yeah, it's always nice to have a place like"home" when you are indeed far apart from yours . And I couldn't say enough thanks to the big family of Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Bogor to give me niche here, especially for great people of Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Institut Pertanian Bogor.
I had told you about my skin problem on my previous post. It has been getting much better by the way *woohoo*. And now, I was like in the state of "rempongisme" when it comes to the skin care B-) I was like sooooooooooo picky on trying product for my skin care. Currently I am on progress using Formula Medica which you can find the thread on Female Daily Forum. I was impressed so far, despite of the fact that I still on purging stage. It's a bit painful! Yeah, beauty is pain, dear. And yeah, it's rempong *couldn't find right term in English, maybe troublesome, yet it's not quite right* Every night I have to apply like 3-4 kind of product, so do I do in the morning. Oh yeah, it's it's quite rempong for a person who is very anti-rempong like me :D. And sure, beauty is rempong kekekkeke
I would probably make some review about how I've been through with this Formula Medica product here. So far I think my skin looks clearer, a bit glowy, and no breakout at all :) I'm still on progress so that I am still on stage of soft-peeled skin, a bit dry patched, it's been solved since I also get a product to solve that in the set. And what's so great of this FM, I got an intense consultation with the expert :) So not only buying, I also have right to ask as many as question about skin care thingy, and she will help pleasure-fully. The sad thing is now she is on the stage of not accepting a newbie for her consultation since she's overwhelmed with too much request*which is most of them are not even reasonable*.
So, the next news is the greatest news * big grin* what's that? hang on....

Congratulation for Mr. Gumilang Khairulli S.Pt
Alhamdulillah, after having hard time with bureaucracy in his faculty, my Akang has been passed the last stage of his bachelor degree. In 3rd of January he had been passed as a graduate of Faculty of animal Husbandry Bogor Agriculture University. Not necessarily to say I am happy right? It was a great moment to see his hard work finally paid off. And I am glad I can give him support as much as I can do. I spent almost everyday before his last test schedule just being around him. Not much I could do actually, since I don't really understand what his research is about, so I've just been being around, doing my stuff, sometimes being amusing maybe kekekeke.
Despite of his test schedule, Akang still took me to many places by the way. I was quite absurd as well. There's a day he asked me to go to Depok, by motorcycle. It was seriously unreasonable. Depok? For what? Motorcycle? Seriously? It was just because we were having like a a little quarrel in the night before, and he wanted to go out with me to make up. Kekekeke. And guess what? we were totally exhausted when we arrived home. Seriously, Bogor-Depok with Motorcycle is a big NO NO! HOT and TRAFFIC, is a perfect combo! And what so cute was he was feeling sorry that I couldn't enjoy our trip since we just went to Depok mall and having lunch in A&W kekekeke. However, I have no reason to complain, it's always fun when we made up after having hard time, seriously :) *too many "seriously in this paragraph*
What makes me wonder is, he still asked me to go out in new year eve, which is a bit silly for me kekekee. He said that he wanted to pay his promise to go out with me to see new year eve fireworks last year, which he finally couldn't. Yet, this new year eve, I fhave already made up my to-do list, and the more important thing was HE HAD TO STUDY FOR HIS TEST! Kekekeke, and I told him that rather than seeing fireworks I would be much more happier to see him study for good result of his test.
I couldn't ask more by the way, these last months, we were having great times together, despite of some little quarrel. Going out, watching movie, having lunch or dinner in small merchant near our campus, or just having chit-chat together, it's soooooo treasure-able!:)
I am having a last semester test these two weeks ahead. I hope it will be great! :) You too have a great time! And have a great great 2013:)
Blacksburg #2 The Fall and The Sweet Halloween
by

Assalamualaykum,
After having the endless weeks before, I finally find time to
do this, -- start posting about Blacksburg. O, how I miss this town too much :(. I miss its clear and fresh morning air, its freezing breeze, its falling leaves, its smiling people, its LCI, its Panera Bakery, its Transit Bus, its every little thing. I have posted one post about this town before, a week after my arrival I think. Because I think it's too precious to not being documented, I will also make more posts.
Now, I'll start with the neighborhood I had been living within for two months last year. The scenery, due to the fall season, was dominated with such a beautiful brown, hazel, and even purple, red, which was totally amazing! I felt so blessed that I went there within October- December I experienced so many festivals, beside the beautiful fall scenery. The festivals were Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, which were totally amazing :)

Warning: This post will be full of somewhat a bunch of grumbling and complaining, so you are not encouraged to read if you kinda hate hearing complains *smirk* What might be worse is this post will be super random and having mixed-twist topic, and written in mixed language too *grin*
Assalamualaykum...
How's your weeks?
Mine? They went too tiring, honestly. They're not bad at all, well yeah, small bad things happened I think, but they're not that bad at all. They were just too tiring -,-
For most of people, their weeks would end at friday, while mine ends at wednesday. Wednesday is the last day I have class in a week. It seems like I would have a longer weekend right, but it's not like that at all TvT. Since about three years ago I started giving tutorial for elementary up till high school student. Mostly my tutoring schedule would be at evening. This semester I have almost every day schedule, which means I spend my almost every evening tutoring them. All of all, I'm not that shocked with these hectic activities.
Shortly, my weeks were spent like:
Monday : College Class (8-10 AM) - doing college assignment (11AM-2 PM) - Tutoring 2 students (3 - PM)
Tuesday : College Class (7 AM- 3 PM) - Tutoring 2 students (4 - 10 PM)
Wednesday : College Class (8 AM -3 PM) - Tutoring 2 students ( 4-10 PM)
Thursday : spare time up until 3 PM - Tutoring 1 student (3-6 PM)
Friday : would start doing assignment for the next week and tutoring some students
Saturday: Again with the assignment and tutoring, I also have weekly meeting with Muhammadiyah students association
Sunday : Weekly recitation, again with the assignment, and tutoring
So I only have lazy days at thursday, which is still OK for me (most of my friends said that's crazily busy, tapi aku sih udah biasa). However these 3 weeks, I have no weekend at all T-T. That's due to my Gladikarya colloquium last week. My team and I had to prepare every single thing for this last session of our Gladikarya period. FYI Gladikarya is like KKN for mostly college students in Indonesia. It's a part of people empowerment programs of the school to send their pupils to get involve in real society and learn how to apply their knowledge in a real life.
Beside, I also had 2 translation project which I have to finish during these hectic weeks. And THEY DRAINED ME OUT! T___________T I have been sleeping less than 4 hours almost every night, having my eyes too tired in morning classes, spending too much time in front of my lappy. What even worse, these weeks were also exam weeks of my students. They asked for more tutoring schedules, made me wonder if only I were amoebas who can split their self into two -______- In saturday, I still have to spend a WHOLE day in a colloquium class. *kelasnya ber AC yang bikin kulit kering, mata kering, kantong kering *lhoh*
Oh yeah, I found these past two weeks and one present week endless! And they totally drained me out! What made it worse is my habbit to skip meals when I got too busy. I might end up having only one meal a day -__-. And it totally ruins my body system, causes me catch could, cough, fever, and totally feel unwell, while I can't yet take a rest. About my body and condition it turns worse when I feel the pain coming from every part. So I caught cold, caused my dizzy, unstoppable runny nose, and cough, my stomach feels weird as well, and my hair being sooooo "lepek" even after being washed, and my face... I surely think I never had worse skin before T_T.
Regarding my skin problem I will tell about that in next post *because I found it too long* :D

Current Project and Deep Condolence

Assalamualaykum
Oke, I'm going to start with my condolence first. Dika, Akang's best friend passed away yesterday. It was a shock, just like everything seemed vanished at a flash. I was tutoring my student that evening, and texting Akang in spare time. Actually we were having hard time tho, and the situation was a little bit gloomy-- we had already made up, yet still a little bit awkward. It was raining hard, and suddenly Akang texted me
"Dika meninggal ;("
Innalillahi wainnailaihi raajiun. I completely didn't know what to say, just kept texting Akang with a sad emoticon. I didn't know Dika personally-- probably we had met several times without knowing each other. The thing is from what Akang told me, he was a very good friend of his. He was a marboth at my campus mosque, and pretty amazingly religious for a guy with a very good sense of humor and a bunch of silly stories of himself. They are enough reason for Akang--and I, would be missing him so deeply.
Since last year he suffered Colon Tumor which forced him to get several treatment in hospital and take a temporary leave from college. After having a surgery from a hospital in Cianjur, his tumor got worse so he was moved to Darmais hospital in Jakarta. Yes, his colon tumor ended up being cancer :(
Akang asked me to look in him in the last Eid Fitri, yet, he was at home at the time. Probably he wanted to spend Eid Fitri with whole his family around, knowing it would the last for him.
"Dika seperti udah ikhlas sama sakitnya. Ga tega banget aku liatnya, Neng." Akang texted me. I know how deep the scar in his heart, having to say good bye to a very best friend to talk with. I hope you two could continue all the left chat in heaven late.
It's so sad to know that you won't be around us anymore Dika, yet it is a relief, now that you won't have anymore pain. Have a peaceful long dream there, may Allah widen your place there, rest in peace.
So that is the story of my condolence now. So, about my current project, I am doing recall, rewrite, repost and and off course re-memorize for my blog revival. Now I am having about 15 drafts on my dashboard to be finished. Most of them are memories about my journey to USA last year. God, it's been a year, huh? It always surprises me how time flies. FYI, I won't post it with current date, instead I will customize the post date with an approximate date when I experienced that. So they won't be floating and would be such a camouflage as if I am that consistent in blogging. Hihihi :D
In addition I will also post some of my tumblr post here, and will have my tumblr being kinda photo blog instead. You can browse all of my customized-post-date post in label REPOST. Yet, it's not ready tho, I am still doing them, in the middle of craziness assignment from lecturer *smile*

In addition I will also post some of my tumblr post here, and will have my tumblr being kinda photo blog instead. You can browse all of my customized-post-date post in label REPOST. Yet, it's not ready tho, I am still doing them, in the middle of craziness assignment from lecturer *smile*
Never Too Late To Congratulate

It was the very first time for me to get involved in a moment called
graduation. It was my bestfriends' graduation in Universitas Indonesia.
Actually, there were 5 of my schoolmates been graduated on that day.
Yet, with that such crowdy Balairung UI, it's really impossible to find
them :(
So I just could congratulate Vidia and Gilang in person. I had been Vidia's boarding house since the morning, yet the graduation was started at afternoon. For killing time, I was temporarily being make up artist for Vidia's mother and sister. :D I was a bit afraid I'd do it bad, but they said they like that :D Well, it did not look that bad at all, to be honest and a lil bit narcissist ;p
Happy graduation for all my friends, have a great life ahead and wish me soon to be a graduate too :3

The Revival!

Oh my... so what should I do to just get rid all this awkwardness from being too long in hiatus mode? :D
My last post, which was my saying temporarily goodbye for this blog because I'd been too enjoying posting-and-reblogging in my tumblr, was posted about a year ago. And now, after almost a year since my last blog, I decide to have a comeback blog, here ini blogspot! So, what does make my comeback?
First, the lack of writing skill improvement I'd gotten from tumblr. To be honest, I should take the blame on me as I could see many bloggers in tumblr had a very productive writing activity though. So, yes, it's my bad. The impact of being so lazy to write is my easily-to-get-bored feeling, and sometime I feel emptiness as well. Don't know exactly why, probably as they say that writing is one of the best way of self healing. In addition, my little sorority sister, Sani said, writing is one part of AGE-DEFYING!!! You believe it? It's up to you though. But so far, with this lack of writing activity, oh yes, I felt more and more slothful, and yeah, lost my youth spirit, I think. Therefore, in order to stay young forever, I proclaim to write more and more. Who knows that writing can be more efficient than any skin care product that ever been made :D
Second, I need a friend to record my memory, my daily life, my journey, my idea, and my vision as well. And who can do it is just my blog :3 What I regret the most from this reason is my super amazing journey last year in USA, I just had made in into a very short photo journal. Poor for that such a lifetime precious journey. To write it now, after a year it was, will be ok, I guess. So, don't take me as an exaggerated one if I post some writing about my last year trip. It's just my method to be more grateful in my life, and after all, it may inspire some of you to have a journey abroad as well, right?
The last one, I think is because by writing, I can make my self more well-organized, at least in evaluating and planning :)
So let's start with this October targets :
Since I took a furlough-study for my short term study in US, I've been relatively late on doing my research from the same generation students. I planned to finish my research in the end of this year, and get graduated in the beginning of next year. Yet, with the lectures I've left, it was a bit hard for me to handle my last project as well, since I still had 3 lectures to do every weeks. However, I would start to finish what I have started :)My last post, which was my saying temporarily goodbye for this blog because I'd been too enjoying posting-and-reblogging in my tumblr, was posted about a year ago. So let's start with this October targets :
- Getting recent TOEFL Scores.
- Start to have investment
- Weight Loss
- Finishing my research proposal
Those targets, seem a bit too worldly, huh? that's just because I don't think I should expose too much about my spiritual thingy. Kinda too sad if I said too much about me planning to be more religious by blah-blah-blah, yet for one little reason I complain too much in twitter, like, what's so wrong from life for you to have that too much grudge?
After A moment Called #Gladikarya

moment-moment paling menguras hati, menguras keringat, menguras

Sedari kecil sangat suka menulis. Menulis apa pun.
Daftar buku bacaan saya pun cukup alhamdulillah. Cupu abis, haha.
Saya paling produktif menulis ketika kelas tiga, entah kenapa.
Makanya setuju banget kalau kita mesti punya catatan harian :)
(Taufik Ismail, 1998)
